📖 Εισαγωγή
Τα DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations) είναι οργανισμοί που λειτουργούν χωρίς κεντρική διοίκηση, βασισμένοι αποκλειστικά σε κανόνες κώδικα (smart contracts) μέσα στο blockchain.
Οι αποφάσεις λαμβάνονται από τα μέλη μέσω ψηφοφορίας και το σύστημα εκτελείται αυτόματα.
⚙️ Πώς λειτουργεί ένα DAO
- Οι κανόνες του DAO είναι γραμμένοι σε smart contracts.
- Τα μέλη κατέχουν tokens διακυβέρνησης (governance tokens).
- Όποιος έχει tokens μπορεί να προτείνει αλλαγές ή να ψηφίσει.
- Οι αποφάσεις εφαρμόζονται αυτόματα από το smart contract.
🌍 Παραδείγματα DAOs
- MakerDAO → διαχείριση του stablecoin DAI.
- Uniswap DAO → διαχείριση αποκεντρωμένου ανταλλακτηρίου.
- Aave DAO → αποκεντρωμένα δάνεια.
- Friends with Benefits (FWB) → social club με πρόσβαση μέσω token.
✅ Πλεονεκτήματα
- Διαφάνεια → όλα είναι στο blockchain, δημόσια.
- Αποκέντρωση → δεν υπάρχει κεντρικό αφεντικό.
- Συμμετοχή κοινού → οι χρήστες έχουν λόγο στις αποφάσεις.
- Αυτοματισμός → εκτέλεση κανόνων χωρίς ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση.
⚠️ Μειονεκτήματα
- Συγκέντρωση tokens → λίγοι μεγάλοι κάτοχοι μπορούν να ελέγξουν τις αποφάσεις.
- Νομική ασάφεια → τα περισσότερα κράτη δεν αναγνωρίζουν ακόμα τα DAOs ως εταιρείες.
- Δυσκολία οργάνωσης → οι μεγάλες κοινότητες συχνά δεν συμφωνούν εύκολα.
- Κίνδυνος bugs στους smart contracts.
